Potato and Bacon Dish

This dish can be an entrée or side dish depending on your appetite. Use good quality bacon

1 pound of very small potatoes, scrubbed and cut into half of quarter, depending on size of potato
½ pound of bacon, cut into ~ ¼ inch pieces (use more bacon if you prefer)
Oil or spray for the roasting pan
Salt and black ground pepper to taste
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)

Spray or oil a baking pan and place the cut potatoes on the pan. Add the sliced bacon and toss with the potatoes. Add salt, pepper and rosemary to taste. Roast at 350 degrees F. for 30 – 40 minutes depending on the size of the potato pieces. Turn the potatoes a couple of times during roasting.
