Broccoli Sauté

Another easy and healthy family recipe

2 small heads of broccoli
2 large leeks
2 – 3 teaspoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 – 2 teaspoons Balsamic vinegar

Slice the broccoli flowerets and tender parts of the stem into small pieces.  Clean the leaks and slices into thin cross sections about 1/8 inch thick.  Sauté broccoli and leeks in the olive oil until tender.  Add salt and pepper and one teaspoon of balsamic vinegar.  Stir well.  Taste and add another teaspoon of balsamic vinegar if more flavor is needed.

Serves ~ 4
