Fruit Julius (Low calorie smoothie)

I was reminded while traveling of the orange julius that I make with powdered milk. The basic recipe can be easily modified with your favorite fresh or frozen fruit.

8 oz. orange juice (or use 1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries, peaches, raspberries, etc.)
2 Tablespoons powdered milk
1-2 Tablespoons sugar (optional)
2 – 3 ice cubes, crushed

Put all ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth and frothy.
