Creamy Guacamole

This is a tasty, creamy version of guacamole and of course, it is easy and quick.

3 large ripe avocados, mashed
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 shallots, peeled and finely chopped
1 medium tomato, chopped
4 oz. can chopped green chiles
1 Tablespoons olive oil
1 tsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. lime juice
½ tsp salt
¼ + freshly ground pepper

Place ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix together until creamy. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with corn chips or other chip of your choice.
