Mashed Potatoes

You can vary this recipe to your taste. It has a wonderful, slightly tangy taste with the sour cream and the dill makes it special.

~ 4 cups hot mashed potatoes
3 Tablespoons butter
4 oz.+ sour cream
½ teaspoon dill
1 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper

Boil the peeled, quartered potatoes until tender (~ 20 minutes). Mash the potatoes in your mixer and add the butter and mix. Add sour cream, dill, salt, and pepper. Add more sour cream to get a creamier consistency is desired.

Serve while hot.
