½ cup sugar*
½ small onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
3 Tablespoons white vinegar
Blend the above ingredients in a blender and let sit for 15 minutes.
Keep lid on blender and turn on and add the following ingredients slowly with blender going.
1 cup salad oil
3 Tablespoons cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon celery seed, optional
*The amount of sugar can be lowered to your taste.
