Easter is early this year 2013. Company is invited for a classic Easter (Spring) Dinner.
We will have a baked ham, scalloped potatoes, and roasted asparagus. These recipes are on the blog (see below). One guest is bringing another side and another guest dessert. Make appetizers easy with items purchased from the market or grocery store (olives, nuts, spreads).

Roasted asparagus: March 14, 2012 or under Vegetable category.
