There are many versions of this recipe available. This is easy and delicious.
6 – 8 oz. fresh crab meat (also could use frozen or canned if necessary)
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 package 8 oz. cream cheese
¾ cup mayonnaise
¾ Parmesan cheese
Mix together and leave chunky. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place in a small casserole dish (a soufflé dish is pretty) and bake at 325 degrees for ~ 15-20 minutes.
Serve warm with lightly toasted baguette slices, crackers etc.
