We like mushrooms as a side dish and this recipe is easy and very versatile. You can make changes to suit your preferences.
8 oz. white cap or cremini mushrooms, thinly sliced
3-4 Tablespoons of vinaigrette (in my blog listed in the salad category)
2 Tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
Thinly slice the mushrooms and toss with enough vinaigrette to coat the mushrooms. Add the parsley and toss again. Add more vinaigrette if desired.
Serve with steak, chicken, pork etc.
