We like to serve this dish with BBQ food during the summer when the corn is sweet and local.
4 corn on the cob
2 oz. butter
~ 1/3 cup green onion, medium sliced
Carefully remove corn kernels from the cob. Work the knife away from you and down the cob. Slice the green onions.
Add butter to the sauté pan and melt over medium heat. Add the green onions and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add the corn kernels and sauté for about 4 minutes stirring often. Add salt and pepper to taste.
We estimate about one corn on the cob per person.
