Shrimp Crostini

1 ½ lbs. small size shrimp, coarsely chopped
1 teaspoon curry
1 small Granny Smith or Fuji apple, diced
1 – 2 scallions, chopped
~ 1+ tablespoon of mayonnaise to hold shrimp mixture together

Refrigerate shrimp mixture until ready to serve. 

Toast baguette slices for ~ 10 minutes at 325 degrees.  Serve shrimp mixture on the toasted baguette slices.
