Curried Fruit Bake

This fruit casserole is a nice side dish for a buffet or pot luck dinner.  Children like it also.  You can use very ripe fresh fruit if you prefer. 

1 can pears (16 oz.)
1 can peaches (16 oz.)
1 can apricots (16 oz.)
1 can chunk pineapple 

1 cup brown sugar
2 Tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon curry powder 

Drain fruit well.  Put in a greased baking dish and gently mix fruit.  Mix melted butter, brown sugar and curry powder together.  Mix gently into the fruit.

Bake at 350 degrees for ~ 30 minutes.
