Meat Marinade

Marinade can be used for flank steak, lamb chops, pork, chicken etc.

1 small green onion, sliced finely
1 small ginger root, grated
1 ½ c. soy sauce
½ cup sherry
1 shallot, finely diced
1 Tablespoon salad or olive oil
½ teaspoon marjoram

 Mix together and pour over flank steak or meat of choice and marinate for about 1½ hours.
